Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal- MES-MoM Programs. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 18+yrs of IT experience.
Must have extensive experience in GE Proficy Plant Applications Software and MES suite
(Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Inventory modules), Proficy Historian, IGS OPC/Kepware
OPC server, and Workflow.
Must have an extensive experience in interfacing with ERP & Quality systems via middleware
technologies like MuleSoft, Informatica, SAP PI/PO.
Work closely with the client and leading the team from the front-end and provide technical
assistance to the team as and when needed.
Must have extensive knowledge in developing or enhancing Power BI & SSRS reports.
Must have extensive knowledge in MS SQL database, writing queries, and debugging complex
stored procedures.
Good understanding of ISA-95 standards and automation systems (DCS, PLC's, SCADA and Batch
Execution systems)
Knowledge on various projects execution methodologies

Preferred Skills
The Incumbent should be capable of managing MES implementation program in Retail & CPG
industry with sound understanding of CPG business processes and domain.
Must have experience in architecture development, system integration, application design, and support
for GE Proficy MES platform.
Must have experience in providing technical leadership and direction for the design, development, and
implementation of custom solutions using the GE Proficy MES platform.
Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, product vendors and third parties to
identify the requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet the business needs.
Experience in preparing functional & technical specifications, proposals, technical evaluations,
and other assignments as required.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in GE Proficy and related technologies.
Provide thought leadership for manufacturing and business systems projects to ensure
efficiency and compliance across manufacturing operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing
operations through MES solutions.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
