Job Title: Senior IAM Specialist (One Identity)
Job Summary:
As a Senior IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's identity and access management systems using One Identity. You will ensure secure access to systems and data, support compliance initiatives, and drive IAM projects to improve security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM System Management: Administer and maintain the One Identity IAM system, ensuring it meets the organization's security and operational requirements. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
- Access Control: Implement and manage user access controls, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to specific resources. Deep knowledge on IAM, PAM, Federation, Identity Governance and administration, Activiti Directory Management, Log Management.
- Platform Experience: Hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of One Identity for Windows, UNIX / Linux /MAC platforms and integration with OAuth / Active Directory / LDAP.
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and enforce IAM/ policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and best practices. Design, plan, and integrate and Onboard New Applications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to users and IT staff.
- Project Exposure: Lead IAM projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely and successful completion. Working knowledge in end-to-end workflow and automation. Work experience in Financial Industry.

- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of IAM systems and processes, preparing reports and addressing any identified issues. Deep Knowledge on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, FISMA and SOX.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand access requirements and ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Primary & Secondary Skills/Tools: Extensive experience in IAM, with Primary Skill is One Identity and secondary skills on similar IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Okta, CA, NetIQ)
