Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRO
- German level C1, English at least level B2
- Great communication skills - written and spoken
- Good time management skills, multitasking approach
- Ability to identify root causes of the problems and apply improvements
- Eye to detail - keeping quality at the highest possible level
- Timeliness - ability to manage tasks within agreed SLA
- Customer oriented approach - managing queries in written and spoken form on the highest level
- Higher education

Responsibilities:
- Scope includes operations identified during the transition and relates to Hire to retire area.

- Attending internal and external meetings, providing required input during the meetings
- Updating data in various systems such as SAP, Workday, Service Now
- Checking proactively assigned cases and on hold cases to ensure fastest possible closure
- Answering incoming calls from the customer
- Working during bank holidays to cover operational tasks
