Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

We are looking for an HR Lead to join our high calibre and friendly Benelux HR team based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This team is providing HR support to around 2000 colleagues in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Our new colleague will have a main focus on the Infosys' employees and managers in Belgium.
The new colleague will work with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, as well as guide teams on deployment of HR processes and tracking compliance, with the following specific responsibilities:

  • Employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Off boarding
  • Deliver local solutions related to Compensation & Benefits
  • Applying the various (in country) Infosys Policies
  • Ensure compliance with regional labour law
  • Provide guidance to Managers on HR related topics
This role is very broad in scope and can vary on a day-to-day basis depending on what our business requires. We are looking for someone who gives the focus and effort to optimize and improve the day-to-day processes and systems to drive results, enjoys a challenge, wants to work in a fast moving and fluid environment and who works well with people across cultures and geographies. As such, excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and the flexibility and adaptability to work with larger groups is valued.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is flexible and motivated to deliver outcomes and with an ability to adapt and be pro-active in an ever-changing environment. Ideally you would have:
  • A university degree, with a focus on an HR relevant area
  • 4 to 6 years of HR experience in an international, matrix and complex profit organization
  • Experience in IT sector is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of HR law & benefits, policies etc. in Belgium
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn, being very flexible and open to learn new things (in new countries as well)
  • High proficiency in English (both verbal as written)
  • Results-driven and orientation and the ability to work in demanding and high pace organizations
  • A strong and disciplined personality
  • Working experience with large groups is a plus
