As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a key member of the HR team, working closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals. You will provide expert guidance on HR initiatives, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational design. The HRBP will also play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR practices are compliant with Polish labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace issues, performance concerns, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with Polish labor laws.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including feedback, development plans, and employee engagement, to improve individual and team performance.
- Learning & Development: Work with business leaders to identify development opportunities for employees, creating and delivering training initiatives to build organizational capabilities.
- Change Management: Lead HR-related aspects of change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or new policy implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements: Stay up to date with Polish labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR activities comply with local requirements and best practices.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, making recommendations to enhance business performance and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner. Experience working in a multinational or complex organization is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
