Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Google Cloud Engineer to join our team and drive innovative solutions. With 5-8 years of hands-on experience, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud-native architectures on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as code (IaC), virtualization, and containerization.
• Proficiency in GCP services like Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Bigtable, and Cloud Firestore.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Architecture Design: Develop robust cloud architectures aligned with business objectives, leveraging GCP's comprehensive suite of services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, etc.).
• Implementation: Oversee the migration and deployment of applications and infrastructure to GCP, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize GCP resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and load balancing.
• DevOps Integration: Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices, automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to GCP environments, ensuring service availability and performance.
• Security: Adhere to security best practices, implement security measures, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments to protect GCP environments.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize cloud costs, utilizing GCP's pricing models and tools effectively.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest GCP features and technologies, exploring new ways to leverage them for competitive advantage.
