Infosys is seeking a experienced Software Architect with expertise in designing robust and scalable software architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, enterprise architecture, and problem-solving. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead the development of high-performance web applications and drive the adoption of new technologies and techniques

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualification.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in software architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Design robust and scalable software architectures based on client requirements, following SOLID principles and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in .NET Core 6/7 and .NET framework.
• Proficiency in backend development using C#.NET and WebAPI.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and Document/NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• Skilled in designing and implementing ETL tools and data transformation processes.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Devexpress, Highcharts, SSRS, and MSCharts.
• Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies and experience leading Scrum adoption.
• Develop high-level solution documents and diagrams to support architectural designs.
• Develop applications with backend support for relational databases like SQL Server and Document/NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Integrate custom ESRI Shapefiles for advanced geospatial analytics using third-party tools like Thinkgeo MapSuite and HighMaps.
• Design and implement custom ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) tools for seamless data conversion and migration from OLTP models to OLAP models.
• Lead the adoption of the Scrum framework within the team, educating team members on Scrum values, principles, and practices to ensure a smooth transition and buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Generate Excel workbooks utilizing the OpenXML SDK, incorporating built-in validations and calculations for data entry uploads.
• Design Indexed Views in SQL Server to generate pre-aggregated views, enhancing operational reports' performance with near real-time data.
• Build Code Aggregation applications that interface with industrial printers, scanners, conveyors, and PLCs as part of industrial automation.• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

This job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
