Infosys is seeking for a ForgeRock Lead responsible for ForgeRock IAM (6.5, 7.5) system setup, support, and integration in client environments. Focus on maintaining platform stability, availability, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Deep expertise in ForgeRock IAM suite.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, SAML, OpenID, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in AWS services and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Groovy, Java, and Shell Scripts.

  • Configure and manage ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, and OpenIDM in AWS.
  • Design and implement directory structures for B2B, B2E & B2C.
  • Automate installation processes using shell scripts.
  • Customize REST API endpoints..
  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance.
  • Lead technical team and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
  • Handle production incidents and vendor communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Perform validation activities including functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure a high quality deliverable.
  • Follow ITL process - incident management, problem management, release management, and request management.
  • Resolution of production critical incidents & Product Vendor liaising.
  • Ability to lead and guide team on technical issues.
  • Co-ordination with different teams -Network, Firewall for any issues.
  • Onsite-Offshore co-ordinations.
  • Health Check reports and monitoring..
  • Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
