Infosys is looking for Executive HR for its HR Team in Mexico. This is an entry level HR role and in this role, the respective individual will monitor HR activities in an employee life cycle from pre-joining to exit management. Create and execute employee engagement and communication calendar as per the defined guidelines.

Qualification
Basic

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or fresh MBA graduates.
  • Location for this position is in Monterrey, MX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15% and/ or relocation
  • Mexico citizens and those legally entitled to work in Mexico are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • This is a hybrid job and it requires to come to the office any preferred three days per week
  • English/Spanish bilingual language fluency ( need to review/translate various HR policies/ Handbook) and Communication skills - written ( design, content development)
