Short Description: Looking for EUC SME
Location : Melbourne, Australia
Salary range: AUD 90,243 - 98,861 (Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide SME and infrastructure consultancy and managed services support to our clients.
- Provide input to the design of End User based solutions as a recognized subject matter expert.
- Deliver end user services and support devices used by end users for the client
- Remote desktop support using Microsoft / Relevant tools for providing desktop support
- SOE image build, modify and rollout as required
- Security patching for Desktops/Laptops using Microsoft tools, ensure the vulnerabilities are remediated timely
- Application packaging using SCCM or equivalent tools and rollout of packages
- Proactive management of ticketing queues to ensure SLA achievement for Incidents, Requests and Problems
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of End User Computing with a minimum 5 Yrs of experience in EUC Managed Services.
- Hands on experience Microsoft End user products and services
- Exposure to MS Azure, Active Directory, MS Office (O365) suite - Exchange On Prem/Online, MS Teams, Share Point, OneDrive, DLP, SCCM / Intune.
- End user devices and peripherals support Laptops, Desktop, Printers, RF Scanners and POS devices.
- End point protection and patching
- IT service management handling various priorities of incidents, service requests and changes.
- Experience in application packaging.
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Understanding of common infrastructure technologies. (Including but not limited to Windows Server and VmWare).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
