Experience range

15 years of experience selling multiple software products and services. A minimum of 5 years of previous experience leading a software or technology sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust enterprise sales strategy aligned with EdgeVerve objective
  • Identify and target high-value enterprise clients across key verticals such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
  • Goal sheet designed around TCV, Revenue and sold Deal Margin
  • Lead Sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and grow market share.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and closing enterprise- level opportunities
  • Expertise in negotiating large multi-year contracts with complex stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long- term retention
  • Develop trusted and long-term engagements driving net new business and renewals focused on enterprise accounts
  • Build deep relationships with key decision- makers, including C-suite executives
  • Provide feedback on market demands to influence product roadmap and strategy
  • Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a given Target Account List

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a focus on TCV or Revenue-Based Metrics
  • Preferred experience in selling RPA Automation/ Document digitization and AI / Supply Chain digital AI applications to enterprise clients
  • Expertise in negotiating large, multi-year contracts with complex stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the 'C' or VP level business users to articulate business value and influence strategic application of EdgeVerve products
  • Results- driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events
