Infosys is seeking to hire End User Computing Analyst who has experience in troubleshooting desktop/ laptop issues. Candidate is responsible for maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations and productivity. This position performs a variety of maintenance, software installations, and break-fix support tasks to ensure end-users are capable performing the tasks required to complete their work. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to provide input on new functionality and system performance, capacity management.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Evansville, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Required to travel different branches across mid-west region to support the end users with IT related issues.
• Hardware support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, printers. monitors, docking stations.
• Software support: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting and fix the software.
• Printer support: Install configure printers at branches and on end points.
• Service Management: Good knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor and update the tickets assigned.
• IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and software.
• Patch Management, vulnerability management: Install security patches to remediate vulnerabilities.
• EUC Asset Management: Managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Basic knowledge of networking devices like switches, routers, IP configurations, Access points etc.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
• Must have knowledge of typical desktop applications, (Outlook, MS Teams, Skype, SharePoint, MS Office).
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment..
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
