Short Description: Looking for Enablon Functional Lead
Location : Perth, Australia
Salary range : AUD 108,571- 119,893(Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess current client business operations and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and document potential gaps
- Facilitate discussions with Product Owners (PO) to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration team
- Serve as an interpreter between the technical team and the client, translating information system specifications into related business requirements that non-technical audiences can understand
- Lead EHS functional and requirement discussions with customer for providing solutions that add value and implement industry best practices.
- Play the role of a PO delegate as required and work with Developers and Testers to provide necessary clarifications for refinement of user stories and backlog prioritization.
- Identify, document and test completion of business requirements/user stories in ADO.
- Ensure execution of configuration activities to meet project delivery milestones and acceptance criteria
- Conduct joint design sessions with customer and product vendors to implement/configure an optimal solution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues resolution
- Carry our impact analysis related to enhancement requests, at a functional level, in Enablon.
- Creating and/or supporting creation of training guides if required
- Coordinate UAT and maintenance-related activities post go-live
ESSENTIAL
- 2 to 5 years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation projects
- Thorough functional understanding and problem-solving skills in the following Enablon EHS areas/modules: Health and Safety Management, Environment Management, Audits, Compliance and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of master data and its linkage/usage across modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related degree required, Master's degree a plus.
- Experience in agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
- Exposure to COTS Product like Enablon/Intelex/Cority
- Knowledge of basic Enablon configuration. Knowledge of advanced configuration is a huge plus.
- Enablon certified
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
