Employee Data Administrator
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Language: Arabic speaking preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- The HR Shared Services Administrator delivers first line consistent, clear advice and support to line managers and employees for general employment related administration queries. This role focuses on administration and transactional activities within the HR Shared Services department.
- Deliver HR services, in line with the HR Customer Service Centre SLA's.
- Act as the point of contact for all escalated HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
- Organize and maintain employee records in an HR Shared Services hub.
- Provide administrative support for the full recruitment process.
- Work with the HR team to ensure all HR objectives are met.
- Coordinate administration for HR projects and participate in HR audits.
- Document and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Draft standard correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle, such as confirmation of employment
- Handle benefit administration.
- Absence Management - review and approve absence requests on the HR system.
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.

- Resourceful with a problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Strong administration background.

- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.

- Proven experience in similar human resources positions.
