Your role within Infosys will involve defining strategy and designing services to national telecommunications carriers across Europe within the family of Liberty Global and beyond to the wider market world-wide You will be joining a highly motivated and innovative dynamic team, dedicated in delivering market leading ecosystem & products to LG's existing 26 million subscribers and beyond using broadband, video, fixed and mobile telephony services across our brands. Intention is to also scale up existing and future Connectivity Backoffice to the wider market where you will provide a key role in this exercise.

Your Role This e2e Architecture role involves providing enterprise level architecture and strategy, defining future proof e2e architecture needed to deploy end customer products across both HFC, XGS-PON & 5G based networks to homes and business throughout Europe.
For this specific position you should also have extensive experience in device management, designing and implementing ACS systems managing multi-million CPEs with extensive knowledge of TR-69/CWMP and TR-369/USP protocols and best practices. Your role will be to provide enterprise level architecture and strategy, defining future proof e2e architecture needed to deploy end customer products across both HFC, XGS-PON & 5G based networks to homes and business throughout Europe.

You will be responsible for defining medium to long-term strategy across the complete telecommunications spectrum. Additionally, you will be specifically responsible as SME in defining future device management strategies, servicing multi-million CPEs worldwide for today and future use cases. Unique opportunity to join us on the journey to help redefining our strategy and underling architecture for launching innovative products using next generation Fibre and mobile access to LG's 26m subscribers and then onto other large-scale Carriers.
As the successful applicant you will have the opportunity to be involved in the complete e2e ecosystem needed for any next generation broadband service. You will be involved in defining a central Pan European / World-wide blueprint architecture and BackOffice components deployed throughout LG's footprint and beyond. The role will involve providing Technical Leadership towards Execs as well as socialising e2e Architecture towards Solution /Component Architects and Product owners.
Objective will be to provide authoritative guidance on strategy, planning, design, build and test phases, and working with product owners and program managers to address requirements and meet governance gates. You will be accountable for developing, documenting and maintaining architectural guidelines/policies; being sure to consider network, product, security, compliance, capacity guidelines, operations, planning and engineering requirements as well as the impact on IT, system integration and test teams. Your architecture will also define agreed e2e calls flows with on-boarding and in-life processes needed to provide IP, VOIP and video streaming services. You will also be responsible in investigating and selecting the strategic BackOffice components needed to operate consumer and business service.

As an E2E Architect your responsibilities will involve
• Publishing Target Architecture, Architecture Assessment, Initial Impact Assessments and High-Level Architecture documentation defining the blueprint from 3 months to 5 years out.
• Define E2E Architecture ranging from CPE firmware requirements, BackOffice microservice strategy, API definitions, Cloud strategy and B2B specific requirements.
• Define e2e roadmap.
• Define Plan Of record for future budgets
• Big Room Guidance, control Kanban boards, monitor Jira stories within agile way of working.
• Involvement RFx for new components
• Engage with Industry Bodies with a view to contribute, attend workstreams or keep watching brief of all trends and standards.

• Pre-Sales
• Working in Agile framework be responsible for grooming strategic based tickets, arranging workshops with SMEs, component architects and once consensus is reached on Target Architecture be able to socialise this at exec level and relevant stakeholders including component architects, test engineers and operations.

Job Description
The Infosys e2e Architecture team has responsibility to drive technology change across Infosys customers spanning across multiple countries around the world. Responsibilities will include the plan, design, and build of E2E service Architectures and Technology selection support for specific technology areas.
It's about being accountable for developing and documenting Target Architecture & assessments, POCs, RFX, and acting as a technical design authority towards any key programme initiative. It's the development and delivery of Connectivity Platforms, which is seen to be at the heart of Infosys's product initiatives which apply right across our operating companies. It will influence Infosys's next generation connectivity platform strategy, drawing on AI / ML, to optimise in and out-home WiFi and deliver new services, via our key back-office platforms, RADIUS, WAG, BNG, LDAP, ACS (Auto Configuration Server), CPE Telemetry Message Brokering (MQTT, WebPA, OVS), Cloud Platforms, Radio Resource Management, App, Parental Controls and Micro Services.
It's developing documents and maintaining architectural guidelines/policies; being sure to consider network, product, security, compliance, operations, planning and engineering requirements as well as the impact on IT, system integration and test teams.

Desired Skills and Experience
For this role it's mandatory you have at least 5 years of experience of device management in a carrier environment, demonstrating extensive knowledge of ACS application supporting TR69/CWMP and TR-369/USP protocols and best practices.
You are a proven technical leader and ready to drive Infosys key connectivity projects, taking on the coordination of a multi-vendor ecosystem.
Each e2e Architect must also have a specific area of expertise in which you are the designed SME within the organisation. You must have real-life experience in designing, deploying and running a highly scalable and responsible ACS server architecture servicing multi-million end devices.
You must have broad e2e/Enterprise Architecture exposure covering a wide range of current and future strategic areas within the telecommunications industry. Prior e2e & enterprise level architecture experience is essential, designing and implementing service delivery platforms based on API contracts is mandatory.
Good knowledge of REST/JSON, SOAP/ XML, and key web front-end and back-end frameworks. You will have strong IT, SOM/COM, policy management, Systems, CPE, Smart Home/IoT and Network Architecture pedigree, with specific experience with Telco backend systems and associated protocols with the ability to define Microservices and API contracts between BackOffice cloud-based systems.
You will have experience as an Architect (E2E/Enterprise/Solution) within a Telco environment, overseeing national broadband or mobile product launches servicing in both consumer and B2B markets with experience with wholesaling broadband services. BSc degree level in a relevant area (Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.)
You will have an understanding of the technologies and platforms specific to a large cable and telecommunications operator, with background knowledge and experience of HFC / DOCSIS, XGS-PON and mobile based networks. You must have In-depth experience of Cloud technologies with experience of defining architecture within AWS and/or GCP environments, where resilience, running costs, monitoring and security are all specified. You will have experience and detailed understanding of interfaces and protocols used in the collection, application and notification of control & policy across multiple access methodologies to support modern converged services. Real-life experience of developing and maintaining App, Web and care-based tools to end users, using agile/Jira based working tools for release management within a few weeks cadence for regular releases. Specific experience within an AI, Smart Home or IoT integration background would be an advantage. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of TR-181, TR-101, TR-156, TR-104, WebPA, modelling, AAA, OpenSync, MQTT/OVSDB, SNMPv3, YANG, IPv4/IPv6 allocation and PCRF/PCEF concept is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry standards & architecture frameworks as TAM, eTOM, SID, TOGAF, SOA, Web 2.0 would be preferred. Fully aware of Industry standard bodies publications such as WFA, BBF, IEEE, CSA, CableLabs, RDK, prpl, GSMA, ETSI & 3GPP

You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to:
• Articulate medium to long-term strategic roadmaps to Execs
• Present Architecture Assessments, Target Architecture publications to Product owners, fulfilling their requirements.
• Maintain peer relationships with other Architects/SMEs, allowing for data gathering and alignment when developing e2e Architecture.
• Take e2e responsibility for publishing strategy based upon innovative product requirements and concepts.

Progress this to Solution Architecture then oversee low level designs, testing then launch of product across multiple countries. You will have experience and detailed understanding of interfaces and protocols used in the collection, application and notification of control & policy across multiple access methodologies to support modern converged services. Real-life experience of developing and maintaining App, Web and care-based tools to end users, using agile/Jira based working tools for release management within a few weeks cadence for regular releases.
