Infosys is seeking Dynamics CRM Technical Architect This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
As a Technical Architect, you will be expert in formulating a D365 CE technical solution based on the customer requirements.
Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK
You will be intensely involved in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, analysis of requirements and propose D365 CE solution with product best practices
You will also require to prepare Solution Architecture Document and Design document in projects/assignments using D365 CE best practices
You will play an important role in drafting data migration plan/strategy from legacy applications to D365 CE platform.
You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Contribute to identify best-fit architectural solutions for two or more Dynamics modules; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution.
Experience working in Dynamics 365 CE modules - Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Service Automation.

Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience on MSCRM.
Experience in 2 full-cycle implementations of Online Dynamics 365
Knowledge on CDS / CDM and MDM.
Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations with other systems through various technologies like Azure integration services (Azure functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus).
Excellent background on Dynamics 365 with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape.
Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment.
Experience in architecting cloud and on premise solutions including identity, API management, integration, data migration.
Experience with software development and configuration management tools and processes (e.g. Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server)
Working experience with the following technology is must : SharePoint , Visual Studio, TFS, C#, .Net, JavaScript, Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services
Experience in working on Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate) is an added advantage.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
TOGAF certification is an added advantage

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
