In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • Major Job Responsibilities
    • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to deploy cloud native applications and services
    • Design, deploy and manage scalable and fault tolerant infrastructure to be used by services and applications
    • Deploy updates to applications, services and systems as required and implement integrations when needed
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production by work with others to solve the issues
    • Administer and manage the overall cloud infrastructure and services
    • Install and manage container orchestration software and repositories
    • Use automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
    • Automate deployments and processes as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Works with CI/CD tools and source control
    • Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations
    • Monitor and analyze resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance
    • Works with team members to brainstorm on ways to improve processes, deployments and tools. Works with the team to develop best practices
    • Creates and maintains documentation for the process and tools used by the team
    • Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business to improve
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Work experience usingDevOps toolchain and container orchestrations such
    asKubernetes and Docker.
    • Experience with cloud platforms including Openstack (preferred) and AWS
    • Experience in building and operating scalable infrastructure stacks
    • Experience in Linux systems administration
    • Experience with deploying applications built on programming language or scripting language such as Golang, Python, Shell, YAML.
    • Experience in GITHUB and overall GITOPS Principles for version control
    • Experience with Roll Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Understanding of Kanban methodology for project management, workflow optimization
    and GIT Issues
    • Experience with configuration management and automation tools

    • Experience with Ansible Collections
    • Experience with OSP Ansible specific modules for Automation
    • Experience in Ansible/HashiCorp Vault for data encryption
    • Knowledge or understanding of using and maintaining CI/CD tools such asArgoCD and Concourse.
    • Experience withmonitoringand managing cloud resources, services, and systems.
    • Ability to jointly manage resources, perform moderately complex tasks and resolve complex systems problems
    • The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask as needed
    • Ability to communicate professionally and collegially with technical and management colleagues and team members
    • Knowledge of VOIP is a plus
    • Some experience with Cisco Broadworks AS-MODE architecture is a plus
    • Some experience with Cisco Broadworks CLI> is a plus
