Salary range: AUD 208,248 - 241,714 Annual Gross

Short Description:
We are seeking for an experienced and results- driven Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of the key projects and initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, b usiness planning, resource planning, developing the roadmap and devise strategies to lead projects that are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standard. You'll be interfacing the client and get involved in designing, development and maintenance. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage the delivery of 350+ size
  • Driving, managing and facilitating the testing transformation initiatives with new ways of working, having 18-20yrs+ of experience
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO-1 level executives, providing regular updates and strategic insights
  • Oversee governance processes in a multi-vendor scenario, ensuring compliance and effective collaboration among all stakeholders
  • Responsible for delivering business value through managing the design, development and delivery of quality Testing outcomes across a portfolio of activity.
  • Manage testing delivery across the portfolio for all projects/programs of work to ensure successful and on time delivery of the service, including realization of benefits, maintenance of production stability and reusability of test artefacts
  • Evaluate and recommend the test strategy/approach for projects/programs within the portfolio
  • Continuously strive to eliminate waste, improve existing process, customer satisfaction, bring in new technologies, and thought leadership
  • Results based Leadership style skill set with strong impact and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
  • Working directly with end clients to create, influence and implement the transformation road map.
Skills:
  • Extensive experience in testing and digital transformation programs, utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven track record in leading large automation testing and engineering engagements.
  • Expertise in driving the shift-left approach in quality, leveraging Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in continuous integration environments with knowledge of configuration, build, and release management.
  • Skilled in working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, and GitLab.
  • Experienced in implementing BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) practices.
  • A true quality engineer with strong expertise in process frameworks, methodologies, and tools, dedicated to helping customers achieve first-time-right solution releases, quality improvements, and superior customer experiences.
  • Adept at enhancing the design, build, and test processes to ensure the continuous rollout of high-quality, bug-free code.
  • Familiar with configuration management tools such as Chef.
  • Ability to stay current with the constantly evolving technology industry.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
