Short Description:
We are looking for a Data Modeler.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborative & Persuasive, Self-motivated, Research Oriented, Hands-on, Committed, Always-on learner.

- Discussions with clients to understand the AS-IS systems to come up with appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement data models for new and existing systems, ensuring alignment with business and IT data requirements.
- Collaborate with business and application/solution teams to design and build data flows and data models.
- Define and govern data modeling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models.
- Identify the architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, tools supporting automated data loads, security concerns, analytic models, and data visualization.
- Engage in hands-on modeling, design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and sandbox proof of concept (POC).
- Experience in the home loans assessment process is preferred.
Mandatory Skills:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer/data science or related technical experience.
- Experienced Data Solutions Architect 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions. Skilled in Data Architecture, Data Modelling and Cloud Computing. Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions that drive business value.
- At least 5+years experience in Data Modelling
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not required.
- The ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations.
- Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts.
- Knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (e.g., Erwin, ER Studio).
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation, and presentation (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI).
G ood To have Skills:
- The ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations.
- Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
