Infosys is seeking D365 CE (CRM) - Principal Technology Architect This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist with pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering presentations, bid responses, and technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage large, complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across projects.
  • Training and Development: Conduct user training and support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 18+ of experience in Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Business Acumen: Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
