Customer Care Specialist with German

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer facing roles
- Fluent German (at least C1 level) and English
- Good communication skills
- Self-organization skills
- Higher education
Responsibilities:
- Telephone contact in German
- Conducting conversations in accordance with a specific procedure and guidelines
- Ongoing e-mail communication in German and English
- Collaborate with other teams and internal customers
- Ongoing update of statuses and actions taken regarding individual requests
- Effective use of working time - organization of working time
