Infosys Public Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. - Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

- Spearhead the daily management of Request for Proposals (RFP) on Salesforce and Oracle products.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses that align with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and craft compelling proposals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners.
- Coordinate bids and resourcing efforts to foster strong collaborations.
- Ensure successful project outcomes through effective partner management.
- Act as the primary liaison for ongoing Salesforce and Oracle projects.
- Oversee staffing needs and resolve any issues to maintain project momentum and success.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and Oracle products.
- Proven track record of working on public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in the public sector.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Public Sector experience
- Prior experience managing complex public sector projects on either Oracle, Salesforce or both.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate
based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 101,500 to 134,404.
