Job description, responsibilities, and duties
Brno, the Czech Republic, Full-time

Your workday will just fly by as you will:
  • Prepare, modify, and submit Customer invoices, manage customer billing correspondence, prepare credit memos, rebills, rebates and allowances;
  • Manage Billing & Invoicing Exceptions & Resolve Discrepancies, Cash Application (i.e., receive remittance and post receipts against invoice);
  • Prepare Customer Statements, Manage Inquiries & Customer Correspondence, Collections Management, Collections Discrepancy & Dispute Management, Account Maintenance (including suspensions, terminations, etc.);
  • KPI and SLA reporting with RCA analysis and conducting governance calls with stakeholder;
  • Interact with stakeholders and legal entities for clarifications;
  • Resolve open items and communicate to the Infosys Offshore team;
  • Liaison with Quality team for process stabilization, suggest innovative strategies, process adherence & enhancement, Risk assessment process;
  • Conduct quarterly Process Certifications to reduce performance & knowledge variation;
  • Manage the knowledge Repository for the process & update it timely;
  • Controlling & reducing customer escalations/complaints.

  • Speak and write in French (lvl B2+) and English (lvl B2+) fluently;
  • Should have 2-4 years of experience in O2C - Cash collection/ Credit review process, good exposure in Software / technology industry is an added advantage;
  • BPM/BPO (third party vendor) exposure at least 2+ years;
  • Good communication skills - Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units and Client's Customers;
  • University Graduate / under graduate in Accounting / Finance;
  • Perceive multitasking and problem-solving as a piece of cake;
  • Can be punctual and relied on.
