Short Description:
We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimiser (CRO Specialist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decisions that enhance our website performance and customer journey. You will lead efforts in analysing user behaviour, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRO strategies aimed at improving conversion rates, user experience, and website performance.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, heat maps, session recordings, etc.) to uncover optimisation opportunities.
  • Plan, create, and manage A/B, multivariate, and split tests to enhance landing pages, product pages, and conversion points.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to design and implement CRO experiments.
  • Monitor test performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.
  • Conduct customer research to identify pain points and motivations using surveys, user testing, and interviews.
  • Create detailed reports that summarise test results, insights, and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovation.
  • Optimise website copy, layout, and design elements to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support SEO efforts to ensure conversion optimisation aligns with search engine best practices.
  • Specializes in improving the front-end of the e-commerce platform's ability to convert visitors into customers or leads by enhancing the user experience and interface.
  • Works closely with UX designers, marketers, and data analysts to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive conversions.
  • Responsibilities include running A/B tests, optimizing page performance, refining site navigation, and enhancing mobile responsiveness.
  • Also streamlines user journeys by reducing friction, such as simplifying checkout processes, and integrating trust signals to boost customer confidence.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Proficiency with CRO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO).
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in enterprise level, cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and innovative mindset, with a passion for delivering measurable results.
