About the Role: In this role, you'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of our customer data for Support and Service contracts. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our database and supporting the contract renewal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract and Vendor Management: Oversee back-to-back contracts, track associated costs, and ensure timely renewals with vendors and distributors.
- System Mastery: Utilize Tier 1 and 2 systems, adhere to company protocols, and maintain seamless processing across all transactions and reports.
- Reporting Excellence: Generate and analyze essential reports, including renewal schedules, contract lists, and financial transactions, to support business planning and commission determinations.

- Grade 12 (NSC) or equivalent.
