COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instruction to Buyer/supplier when an Approval is missing
- Execute update requests from Global Contract Office per SOP
- Respond to Profile update requests per SOP
- Own all aspects of SOP compliance. (Profile, DPR review/accept, remove InA/SaaS/PCI). (Audit and Compliance)
- Respond to PO compliance cases per SOP, reset forms, escalate to FTEs for scope decisions
Recognize and report data incidents sent in by suppliers - Proactive engagement to get suppliers compliant if bandwidth allows
- Take on new procedures as agreed by program leadership and if bandwidth allows
- Develop training based on QC recommendations
- Targeted training, upskilling
- New employee training
- Leading client calls
- Quality audits and review
- Managing escalation and identifying root causes
- Prepare training plan for the development of the team
- Support DTP review
- UAT testing and suggestions
- Supporting managing tickets as required

Qualifications Basic
- 2+ years of experience in the relevant field
Preferred
- Graduation
- Certifications Requirements (Preferable): Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Program or Project Management & Stakeholder Management
- Ownership of Governance activities pertaining to contracts that include Managing due diligence of engagements
- Handle escalations appropriately
- Has managed critical operational processes, with SLA/KPI and metrics responsibility
- Strong analytical, problem solving and customer orientation
- Ability to work with international teams and take direction
