Your tasks in detail:
- Send email reminders to customers with overdue invoices
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate records of communication and payment statuses
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team
- Very good level of Portuguese (oral and written) AND English is a must
- Degree in business administration or a related field is a plus but not a must
- Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
