Role : Cloud & Infrastructure Portfolio Manager
Location : Sydney, Australia
Salary Range : AUD 150,742 - 171,215 (Annual Gross)

Job Description:
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will be acting as Service Delivery Manager for both Run & Change functions of the portfolio in Cloud & Infrastructure and work with multiple customer stakeholders to ensure Best Value is delivered along with attaining highest Customer Satisfaction. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the owner to bring in enhancements in Automation, Shift Left & Ticket reduction providing qualitative and quantitative benefits to Infosys & its customers. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Essential Requirements for the Role:
  • Candidate must be in Sydney, Australia
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of Service Delivery Manager / Program Management experience specifically managing large infrastructure related projects.
  • Experience leading multiple infrastructure projects at a time, and responsible for delivery of those projects.
  • Experience managing and delivering Support & Change services operations.
  • Leverage the MSA structure to review the SOWs / work orders to understand the commitment / expectations.
  • Driving large Data Centre, Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation programs.
  • Program Initiation and Planning: Create integrated program plan covering multiple work streams / projects including aspects such as cost, schedule, program scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management, effort estimation, resource planning, measurement criteria or metrics for every work stream and consolidate the same to arrive at the final estimate for the project.
  • ITIL, ITSM or other Service Management/Service Delivery experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage cross-departmental teams & experience managing external vendor relationship; and
  • Program Governance: Identify the stakeholders, Review the subprogram governance with the concerned client Program Managers. Set up the communication plan and escalation process.
  • Reviews: Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify / manage issues & risks and ensure smooth delivery provide delivery governance and resolve escalated project issues affecting the program. Review and monitor all phases of the project (requirements gathering, design, architecture, build, testing, implementation, warranty) on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions.
  • Tracking: Track actual vs planned program progress. Collaborate with the Project Managers of individual projects to create / review and track the project management plan as well as subsidiary plans including the cost, schedule, staffing/pyramid management, scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management.

  • Ability and desire to work independently with administrative capacity to manage multiple projects/functions and tasks simultaneously to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to effectively manage time according to changing priorities both self-discovered and as directed.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Developing, measuring, and reporting on success of the program.
  • Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners.
  • Monitors program results against technical specifications.
  • Achieve results through others by setting and communicating goals and metrics, monitoring progress; providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and reinforcing behavior that drive high performance.
