What we want you to do:

  • Claims handling: independently review, process and adjudicate claims in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Customer Communication: Professional and empathetic communication with customers to clarify their concerns and offer solutions.
  • Data analysis: Analyzing claims data to identify trends, risks and potential for improvement in the processes.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments such as underwriting, legal and customer service to ensure smooth claims handling.
  • Documentation: Careful documentation of all relevant information and decisions related to claims.
  • Training and Support: Supporting and training new employees in claims processing and management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with claims and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Speak and write POLISH (near native) and English
  • Formal education in Finance and Accounting is an added advantage
  • Experience in claims handling
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple manner
  • Team Player, Ability to handle and work under pressure
  • Confident in the use of common software applications and experience with claims management systems, e.g. SAP
