Change and Release Management

Mexico City, Mexico
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in Change and release management principles (Mandatory)
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) (Intermedium)
  • ITIL V3 Foundation. (Intermedium)
  • Devops/Agile methodologies (Basic)
  • Knowledge with Devops tools - Jenkins, CI/CD, Git ( Desirable)
  • Knowledge of App Dev processes (Promote, deploy, roll back, prod rotations etc. (Basic)
  • Basic knowledge of java .NET, SQL, Oracle, DB2, MF CICS, Batch processing, Analytical tools (Basic)
  • Knowledge and experience in Code promotion and deployment strategies (Intermedium )
  • Knowledge of working on project with Jira (Basic)
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and other tools ( Desirable)
  • Vendor governance ( Desirable)
  • Knowledge of cloud base infrastructure (Basic)
  • Knowledge of Office Suite/SharePoint (Basic)
  • Flexible to work on Weekends (rotation) (Mandatory) -- 3 or 4 times in the month
  • Work on hybrid Schema (Mandatory) -- Ony Tuesday and Thursday every week
  • Flexible to work on Weekends (rotation) (Mandatory) -- 3 or 4 times in the month
  • Work at office (2 times at the week) (Applicable just for CDMEX and Edo Mex) (desirable)
  • Open for all Mexican republic as remote work
