Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Front office Business Analyst . As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Location for this position is Chicago IL. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in Capital Markets domain and one of the asset class i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives or FX Markets.
- Deep understanding of Financial Market Data.
- Experience managing a front office-facing team & asset management technology.
- Grasp of the Equity asset class and concepts.
- Understanding of the investment life cycle including portfolio management, trading, and settlements.
- Order Management Systems (OMS), Aladdin, Charles River, EZE, Investor tools Perform.
- Serve as a key member of the technical support team for Equity and Fixed Income trading, providing essential support across Portfolio Management, Trading, and Routing operations.
- Regularly interact with vendors to address and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of trading data.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, employing a strategic approach to maintain uninterrupted trading operations.
- Continually enhance the monitoring and support of trading systems using the Service Now toolset, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work with Application Owners (Development Team) during the onboarding process of new applications, overseeing the setup, configuration, and testing phases. This role is crucial in ensuring that all new applications meet the firm's operational standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
