CapEx & MRO Procurement Transformation Manager: Be regarded as a strategic thought leader who delivers tangible results
THE POSITION
The Transformation Manager oversees a large and diverse team consisting of procurement and sourcing professionals, working seamlessly across the globe. This individual manages an entire procurement transformation program. Additionally, this person is a sound negotiator and is highly articulate, encompassing the full range of skills and procurement and supply chain experience. The skills and experience should include MRO, CapEx, procurement operations, tail spend management, program management, and the ability to influence and drive change in a digital / technology transformation.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Review the checklist of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 15+ years of experience required in procurement or supply chain with track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
- 6+ years consulting experience within a management consulting firm
- 5+ years in a procurement transformation role, managing global and diverse onshore and offshore teams
- Relevant experience in a CPG / Manufacturing environment, including knowledge of CapEx and Maintenance & Services categories for Mexico market. Experience of dealing with North and South American market will be an added advantage.
- Ability to define and execute end-to-end sourcing & procurement processes including category management & procurement analytics, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, order/goods receipt/invoice management, and commercial negotiations
- Transformation Mindset: Ability to identify and project manage transformation /improvement opportunities, including procurement operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP, Coupa or other Procurement ERP software systems
- Fluent English & Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, by phone or 1:1)
