Telephone contact in German
Conducting conversations in accordance with a specific procedure and guidelines
Ongoing e-mail communication in German and English
Collaborate with other teams and internal customers
Ongoing update of statuses and actions taken regarding individual requests
Effective use of working time - organization of working time
