About the job

One of our prestigious clients (a world leader in networking solutions) has given us the responsibility of delivering business to business(B2B) support to their European Business Operations. As part of our job, we have to interact with business divisions & their corporate customers(hence B2B) based in various countries in Europe. Our team members use emails, chat, and phone for these interactions. The interactions are in various European languages.

Our employees need to understand the customer situation and provide well-defined solutions to these situations. Sometimes these situations are complex and our employees need to maintain energy, passion, and empathy when resolving these situations. Good analytical ability, being a good team player, and at times able to act independently will make one successful in this job.

Your work will include
  • Participating in a project to create proposals for business to business products & services;
  • Participating in creating and/or amending Price Quotations and Proposals;
  • As you grow you will create your own;
  • Working closely with the internal business team to create the best solution and offer for the client- this will mean you will take part in information gathering for building solutions;
  • Owning and responding to various requests/tasks from customers and proactively driving them to successful closure;
  • Dealing with third party partners or resellers.
