MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES
- 7+ years of overall experience
- 5 + years of experience as BA or PO.
- 7 + years of background in software development roles (project management, software development, business analysis, QA).
- 7 + years of experience with deep understanding of software development methodologies
- 7 + years of experience exp in understanding agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Knowledge of agile tools
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, set goals
- Excellent English communication skills and writing skills
- Familiarity with the tools supporting Agile software development (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure, Rally, VSTS)

- Experience with the Agile Methodology, preferably Scrum as consultor
- Reviewing the business requirements and documenting it as user stories in JIRA and/or ServiceNow
- Work with product owners in grooming the backlog
- Clarifying the requirements to technical team, SDLC
- Doing system testing of deliverables and prepare for UAT
- Reporting -Develop and generate the data quality metrics for the project.
- Experience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc. Test tools like QMetry
- Bachelor's degree in IT business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail: Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certifications (optional but preferred) as PO, SCRUM
- Previous experience as a business analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of specific industries or regulations relevant to the clients.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or data science tools.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Collaboration software such as Webex, Teams, ServiceNow.
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, collaboration applications or face to face.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information about business needs, processes, and pain points.
- Analyze complex business problems and identify root causes.
- Document requirements clearly and concisely using various techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
- Develop and maintain accurate process models (e.g., BPMN, UML) to visualize current and future state processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and propose improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential to delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Full English proficiency, with at least two large projects (more than 3 months of duration) with an international client or in teams with non-Spanish speaking members.
- Domain expertise: Knowledge of specific industries or business functions (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology).
- Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
