Job position: Business Analyst
Location: Krakow (hybrid work 2-3 days per week in office )
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and develop process maps and flowcharts.
- Create detailed and accurate functional specifications that clearly outline system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business users, product managers, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the agreed-upon business requirements.
- Keep business process documentation up-to-date and ensure it reflects current practices.
- Continuously learn and apply new methodologies and tools in the field of business analysis.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, IT analyst, or a similar role in an IT environment.
- Previous experience of working in financial services
- Experience of working closely with IT developers/engineers and operational teams
- Ability to work with remote teams and communicate effectively using digital collaboration tools
- Positive team player working as part of a large programe questioning mind to fact find and challenge where appropriate
- Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
- Proficient with MS Excel, Confluence, Jira Desirable Skills
- Must be self-sufficient; able to deliver quality output without supervision
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Requirements gathering
- Strong process mapping skills
- Strong analysis skills
- Identification of use cases
- Detailed oriented and meticulous in their documentation
- Experience in documenting existing processes and the "to be" state
- Ability to build test cases to validate compliance with target state
