Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst.
The role will need an Associate Consultant with a strong background of financial risk and compliance. This position's primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, controls and process artifacts and implement the process deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Manchester; NH be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience in banking requirements, business processes, risk management, risk assessments and process definition, data feeds and requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience business processes, risk management, risk assessments and process definition, data feeds and requirement.
  • Experience working on operational risk management, regulatory change management, compliance management, third party governance, issues management, controls, hierarchy, policy management, audit management, business continuity management, pci management, products and services.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes and data mapping.
  • Banking platform support, onboarding of new modules and enhancements of existing modules post implementation.
  • Experience with agile tools like Jira.
  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex business systems based on industry best practices and client's IT objectives.
  • Acts as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements using industry leading practices within the business analyst profession.
  • Discuss with business owners, understand high level business objectives and requirements and create product backlog, creates epics, features, user stories, story map, business process flows and prioritize with the business owners.
  • Ensures all requirements are fulfilled by the technical design. reviews the test plan, test cases and test scripts ensuring traceability to all requirements.
  • Applies industry best practices to improve client's current practices.
  • Determines the overall requirements gathering strategy and plans the requirements phase of the project including the work division strategy among the project BAs.
  • Manages the progress and quality of the requirements gathering activities and adjusts the plan as necessary.
  • Plans the risk response strategy to be used in monitoring and controlling all identified risks throughout the requirements process.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
