MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES
• 5+ years of experience in business analyst (techno-functional)
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation for a large program
• 5+ years of experience in process modeling tools
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project environment
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years with in business analyst (techno-functional)

• 5+ years with Experience in Agile project environment and usage of ADO.
• Experience in analyzing scope, business requirements, system specifications.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills and drive requirement gathering sessions
• Business Proficiency in English language
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in wireframing tools like Axure Pro etc.
• Experience in developing AS IS and TO BE process models
• Experience in analyzing scope, business requirements, system specifications, and architecture diagrams to assess operational impacts and requirements.
• Experience in working in Global agile model (working with offshore and nearshore team)
