Infosys is seeking Senior Project Manager, who drives programs and projects of significant complexity and risks. The position has primary responsibility of overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects. This position will be responsible for schedules and preparing meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go and post-mortems. You will be intensely involved in requirement gathering, estimation, development, testing, implementation, and support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You are expected to navigate successfully through difference of opinion within various business groups and technology, to come up with best possible solutions keeping organizational interest. You will be participating in the improvement of business processes and should work along with client. You will manage client expectations and overall program requirement finalization and delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- 6 - 8 years of Banking domain experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements.
- Solid understanding of PMI Methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
- Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
- Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies

- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects.
- Organizes the overall project team and establishes clear roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each project.
- Analyzes project plan to identify and mitigate risks and minimize potential roadblocks.
- Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem, etc.
- Facilitates meetings by sending meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and capturing and tracking issues reported during all phases of the project.
- Drives assigned team actions to resolution by working with action owners.
- Proactively identifies dependencies between teams, resolves issues, and ensures all plans align on delivery criteria.
- Influences decision making and problem solving across projects, programs, and teams.
- Closes projects and reports overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders, and identifies lessons learned for continuous improvement.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
