Role - Banking Business Analyst
Salary - AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross)

Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Short Description:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Define requirements and prepare the requirements document covering areas of Data Flows, Process Flows, and IT Applications
  • Determine and facilitate coverage for all external/internal dependencies for various requirements
  • Liaison with all key stakeholders (from business and technology) to ensure smooth execution of the deliverables
  • Knowledge of various stages of application/software development to be able to involve with the Development and Testing teams
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural teams operating in different time zones
  • Use the best practices to anticipate customer needs and provide the best possible inputs for solutions
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education."
  • At least 5 years of experience with Financial Services sector especially Banking and Risk domain
  • Working in all stages of Software Development lifecycle
  • Develop and socialize an approach for transition from AS-IS and then TO-BE processes
  • Creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Ability to understand a problem, research and analyse options and communicate solutions to the client
  • Develop options for implementing requirements during the course of normal project delivery frameworks
  • Ability to work with teams towards tight delivery timelines
  • Successfully performed and demonstrated results in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Experience in conducting workshops and other tools for problem solving
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Banking domain areas like Retail Banking areas likes Customer, General Ledger, Current and Savings accounts, Deposits, Payments, Mortgages, Trade finance, Corporate Lending.
  • Experience in Agile methodology- able to write user stories and contribute towards sprint and release planning
  • Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Experience in working with vendor teams and interfacing teams
  • Experience with project management
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
