Infosys is seeking a SQL Server Developer on Azure Data platforms. In this role, y ou will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. Y ou will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA / Jersey City, NJ / Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 3 years of MS SQL Server Developer experience
• Significant experience in developing database components
• Strong experience in database development using MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, T-SQL
• Understanding of azure data analytics technologies including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview and Power BI, Azure Cognitive Services
• Experience in Cloud logging and monitoring tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, certification preferred
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, scripting language, i.e. Bash, Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Financial services industry
• Sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Experience in Linux/Unix system administration
• Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
• Strong communication and Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
