Infosys is seeking an Azure Data Factory Developer - In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
• Hands-on Scala development and Azure Databricks
• 2 years of database development experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Apache Spark User Defined Functions (UDFs).
• Experience using Azure Data Factory to Load and Transform Data
• Knowledge and experience of distributed computing technologies, caching and in-memory data processing, and concurrent programming
• Knowledge and experience of software design patterns and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge and experience with unit testing frameworks and best practices
• Experience in Debugging Database Stored Procedure, Functions, Triggers and Apache Spark with Scala Code.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
