MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES
- Must have good AWS development experience
- Must have experience of AWS EKS and setup of relevant components (R53, EFS, S3, ECR, IAM, Lambda, etc)
- Kubernetes (EKS)
- Terraform scripting
- Docker containerization
- AWS RDS (Postgres, Oracle)
- Secrets management
- Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure/procedures
- Expert in Infrastructure as Code implementations
- Github branching
- Experience working with Kafka
- Experience with CI/CD or other cloud deployment solutions (Helm, Harness)
- Must have Strong scripting expertise (Python, Shell)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience/Knowledge of Java or C# is good to have

MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools
- Solid experience in coding
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- English 90%
- Open to work in a Hybrid model at Guadalajara office.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Tech Lead, guide the team's development efforts towards successful product delivery and support.
Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based applications
Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices, adhering to firm's SDLC and release processes.
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.
Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
