Role - Automotive Delivery Leader/ Industry Principal
Location - Munich/Frankfurt, Germany
Key capabilities
• Automotive experience for at least 10+ years with an overall experience of at least 20 years and should have strong working experience managing large and complex Automotive projects for both Tier 1 and OEMs
• The projects should span across a few of these at least -
o Onboard E/E design and development (ECUs, TCUs, Domain Controllers, Infotainment units etc.)
o Offboard Telematics services and 3rd party integration services
o Software projects for Cloud services, Infotainment, Mobile services, Fleet Management etc.
o Multiple suppliers and OEMs
o Should have sizeable teams

o Autosar (Classic and Adaptive) and non-Autosar based projects
• Experience in managing End to end testing cycles for OEM programs - MIL, SIL, HIL, prototype testing to road testing
• Should have experience in launching new cars and new platforms (for eg. Multimedia, or a new power train)
• Should have knowledge of Automotive processes and standards like Functional Safety, ASPICE etc.
Good to have German Language proficiency
Key Responsibilities
• Complete ownership of Delivery execution
• People management
• P&L and growth of the portfolio
• Responsible for driving the strategy for the portfolio in terms of short, medium and long term
• Based on market trends, actively drive building of new offerings
• Work closely with Customer facing teams in driving the business and ensuring delivery execution
• Manage and own customer relationship
