As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Qualifications:
Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Southlake, TX. This position may require travel.
Required
  • At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Experience in Test Automation/Automation scripting on any of the automation tools
  • Experience in API Testing and automation with C#, .NET, SpecFlow
Preferred:
  • Should have minimum 4 years of experience into Test Automation
  • At least 4 years of experience in development of test cases using C#, .NET, MS SQL 2016+ for API Testing
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • Collaboration with Product Owners, Application and Engineering teams to understand the specifications.
  • Evaluate manual test plans to develop test automation framework components.
  • Should design well-structured manual test cases to maintain and enhance easily.
  • Should be good at best Object-oriented programming practices using Selenium with C#
  • At least 2 years of experience in Integration of automation frameworks into CI/CD processes
  • Solid understanding of OOPs, SDLC methodologies
  • At least 2 years of experience in BDD with Specflow is must.
  • Proficiency in developing Test scripts using xUnit, Nunit or MSUnit and C#
  • Sound knowledge on GIT Source Control and Continuous Integration is required.
  • Knowledge on understanding backend services and REST APIs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to adopt with different culture, business, multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Good in prioritization and management skills
  • Passion for finding innovative solutions for complex problem.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
