Infosys is seeking a ECSIQE - Quality Engineering Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 - 10 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 6 years of experience in test automation - this should include planning, strategizing, execution and reporting
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills - should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
• At least 3 years of experience in automation test strategy and framework Design
• Experience with Utilities domain - preferrable
• Knowledge of leading industry standard testing tools- UFT, TOSCA and Selenium
• At least 3 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• Should be able to analyze test reports/results and provide high level recommendations
• Have ability to create test data
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Possess good Analytical skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills - experience in client interfacing roles is a must
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 98486 to $ 134404
