Reports to: Head of Digital - Procurement, Finance & GBS
This position supports the Digital Hyperautomation Team on establishing the AI-powered automation blueprint, setting the foundation framework to scale up use case adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end user experience-centric solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-powered automation technologies, trends, and applications, coupled with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans that algin with the business objectives. Also, this candidate will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders about AI capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation within client.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI-powered automation strategy aligned with business objectives of client.
• Collaborate with IT solution centres, external vendors and internal stakeholders to adopt AI-powered automations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on AI trends and technologies that can be transcend to applications.
• Define product acceptance and continuous improvement metrics to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams about AI capabilities and promote best practices.
• Analyse data to assess the performance of AI initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies in a business context, particularly with experience in implementing solutions surrounding Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, and Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLM), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI technologies with prior product management and/or implementation experience.
• Experience with product management of automation tools & applications (e.g. UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate), hands-on experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value. • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights from large datasets, along with familiarity on data governance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels. • Prior/current experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.
