Job description:


In the role of Consultant, you will be part of the consulting team in different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design, development and deployment (for small/low complexity projects); document system understanding, contribute to knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Responsibilities:
Understand gaps in existing client systems/As-Is Processes and help the technology team to create the right technology-based solution fitment. Liaise with relevant people in the respective verticals/horizontals to understand and learn different processes and therefore recognize the right solution fit

• Front End Requirements Management for Software Implementation projects
• Validate Requirements Collection Process and Review Requirement Specification Documents
• Conducting Functional reviews and functional testing of the s/w applications
• Co-ordination with the clients and the project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Managing stakeholder expectations.
• Domain expertise in service offering such as Finance and Accounting or Sourcing and Procurement or Order Management.

Skills Required
Knowledge of at least 1 process/technology domain and have practical experience of having handled at least 1 module/technology/tool
• Knowledge of software tools & technology to some extent
• Good knowledge of MS Office preferred advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good client facing and communication skills, ability to conduct demos, trainings etc.
• Good knowledge of BPO Processes with strong capabilities in at least one Functional Service area be it HRO, F&A, S&P et al
• Should have good people management skills
• Good team player

Qualifications:
Basic:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of relevant work experience

Preferred:
Min 1 year experience in RPA/AI-ML implementations
• Experience in UIPath/BluePrism/Automation Anywhere preferable
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Work Model:
This role is remote from anywhere. Occasional domestic business travel will be required as this role is client facing.
