Associate Partner- SAP Energy- Infosys Consulting Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Energy practice.
About the Role:
You will be part of the North American leadership team for Energy, working with current consulting leadership and sales to execute on growth and delivery strategies, and helping to recruit and build high performing teams. You will also lead or participate on client teams that will be responsible for problem definition, solution design, development and deployment for major transformation initiatives.

As a thought leader in the Energy domain, which includes Oil & Gas and Oilfield Services, and SAP you will be a key advisor to solution design reviews, and will be on point to help clients define and realize expected value. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the rapidly transforming business model of the utilities industry.

This job requires skills and experience in the following areas:
  • Understanding of Upstream, downstream and/or midstream as well as Oilfield Services.
  • Understanding of SAP IS-Oil.
  • Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
  • Project execution employing a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides senior leadership for major transformation programs.
  • Ensures excellence in project management and execution from project managers.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Serves as mentor to junior staff and participates in firm-wide activities that drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm culture.
  • Support account management/sales in business development and sales meetings.
  • Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present at orals for transformation engagements.
  • Develop and mentor energy consultants.
  • Provide thought leadership to enhance tools, templates, and IP for Infosys Consulting.
  • Support the building of the ERP practice in Canada.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • 12 + years of experience in business process consulting or direct utilities industry experience.
  • Executive presence and clear communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel extensively.

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For New York City the base pay range for this role is USD $210,000 - $305,000 per year.
