Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition

In the role of Associate Lead - Talent acquisition, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company. Additionally, you will also be required to support general HR functions for the Des Moines center operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Demonstrates expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner
    • Manage multiple vendors to facilitate subcontract hiring process
    • Initiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information about technology professionals to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all roles
    • End to end ownership of the recruitment process
    • Maintains a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, provide updates and manage expectations
    • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Builds relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
    • Negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers

  • Coordinate events such as townhalls, sessions etc for the Des Moines location
  • Participate in HR reviews for the center and work with the BPHR leader to track swift solutions
  • Handle HR activities on internal HR tools
  • Assist with associate onboarding
  • Assist with HR audits, query management and program roll outs
Qualifications
Basic
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a dynamic company
  • Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities directly
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Internet savvy with strong research skill
